Return Policy

All products sold by CGS marketplace are delivered digitally and therefore are intangible. Due to the nature of intangible goods we cannot accept any returns. Once an account, product, service, or currency is delivered, the sale is considered completed and is not eligible for return.

As a retailer of digital mobile game products, we rely on this Return Policy to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. When a customer contacts us by email, our initial response is to assist getting technical support or customer service for the customer from the vendor of the product that the customer purchased. However, in some cases a product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a return may be processed.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products sold on CGS marketplace, we enact a strict no refund policy. Once an account, product, service, or currency is delivered, the sale is considered completed and is not eligible for refund.

Refund may be offered if the following conditions are met:

1) The product is out of stock and users do not want to wait any more. Upon request we will issue an immediate refund.

2) The order is partial delivered, users can request a partial refund for the left.

3) Users do not want to keep the order any more for any reason if the order is not delivered.

4) Occasionally we need your assistance in verifying payment information, if you refuse or you do not respond to our request within 5 days, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued immediately.

5) If your payment is less than the price listed on our web site, you will be given an opportunity to make full payment. If you refuse or do not respond within 5 days your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued immediately.

6) Non-matching banking information is provided. The online security checking system protects our users from online shopping fraud. Incorrect information will result in your orders failure and refusal of further processing.

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

1) You find a cheaper price on another site.

2) You request a refund because you changed your mind and do not want the product after ordering.

3) For any reason other than those listed in “Refund may be offered if the following conditions are met” outlined above.

Please note: NO refunds will be offered if the users did not get the product because of incorrect delivery information provided by them. Users should send email to [email protected] with their refund requirement. The refund time might vary to the different payments. PayPal money will be back in 1 to 3 business days.
